S4 Camera Lag Problem

Hi, i had my samsung s4 for about 6 months now and i keep on experiencing camera lag. Whenever i open the camera app, my camera sometimes has lag movements(forgot the meaning)Anyways, whenever i hover my s4 it lags. Sometimes it is smooth both front and back camera. How should i fix this?

Sounds like lighting. If you are in low light it will strain and lag out more

Whar do you mean by lighting? If it's dark in my area it'll lag?

If you are taking pictures in poorly lit areas yes, it lags, as it takes more processor to take the photo in a low light setting
