S4 display compared to iPhone retina?

I'm wondering if you will be able to tell the difference. I look at the screen of my iPhone 5 and the screen of the DNA and I really don't see a difference. Maybe my eyes are just that bad.

what's crazy about the side by side pic is how close they look in size, yet the S4 has a bigger screen! man, that's really cool. cant wait to see one in person. thanks for sharing your pics.

I really can't see a difference between any 350+ ppi screens unless I'm getting them very close to my eyes. SO yes, the screen on the S4 is sharper, but I doubt anyone would be bothered by the lower density on the i5

I figured as much. I wonder when 1080p on phone screens becomes the norm, what will be the differentiator in screen quality in the future?

The big thing is keeping that sharpness as screen sizes increase. i5 has a sharp screen but it's closer to the size of a postage stamp than what I want in a smartphone

According to the leaked internal memo from Staples Verizon will launch on May 30th. Like I said, Verizon is ALWAYS LAST!!!!!!

Leaked memo is far from an official confirmation date from Verizon. Let's see what they give for a date first then rant. Is it possible verizon will have the device available in their stores first before resellers? That could explain the late date given to Staples. Either way it's speculation at this point.
