S4 got wet - Speaker buzzes - please help

S4 was left in the rain - got soaked. After new battery, the speaker has a crackle/buzzing sound nonstop when using the speakerphone or listening to music. Everything else works fine.
I've replaced the speaker - no luck.
The local shop says it needs a new MB and will cost about $150.

Welcome to Android Central! I think you're out of luck. Water damage can wreak havoc with electronics--you're lucky it still works the way it does. Sorry!
