S4 has diverted everything i do as if someone else is blocking me asking for updates or fixes. Im no tech head so saved....restarted. ....exact same thing. Sign in to google then i end up back at the same page.... losing work, unable to get info but this is my last opportunity b4 i lose everything & I'd be extremely surprised if someone else hasn't been through this. I think licenses have expired so i couldn't get in touch with Samsung (more circles than a crop circle getting info/updates).
