Can I stop either the Internet or Google Chrome with no problems? On lyrics need one but don't want two options eating my battery.

If you want to conserve battery life you can turn on power saving mode, turn off Bluetooth, turn off location settings, use wifi if you can, turn off cellular data if it's a bad connection or you don't need it, turn the brightness as low as you can stand it, and turn off some built in apps that are running that you don't use

In regards to having two browsers, I wouldn't worry about that

Ya done all that...... One more question, is it good or bad to let the battery drop all the way to red everyday before charging at night? My battery used to be great. It's still not to bad but noticeably getting worse.

It depends, I have read that it is best to let your phone drop to like 40-60 and then charge (or maybe even like 70)
I personally do both
If I tend to be at home, I will charge my phone when it hits like 60 or so, so that when I get on it later it will be fully charged
However, I don't normally charge the phone if it is an inconvenience, in that case, I will let it drain down, but never let it die

And if it's getting kinda bad you can buy a replacement for pretty cheap
