s4 keyboard sounds won't work?

I've tried everything to get the tapping sounds on my keyboard back. I've went through both the language and sound settings to turn them on. Even though the keyboard sounds option is selected, I hear nothing. My sound is up and everything. What should I do?

Did they just stop working out of the blue? You didn't change any settings?

Try these two things:

A Soft Reset...Power Off the phone, followed by Restart.

A cache clear....go to Settings, Storage, Cached Data, and select Clear Cache.

If no go, get back to us and we'll think of other things.
