I have a recently new Galaxy S4 that I have only put a couple of apps on. From the time that I got my phone I am having this problem.
I set my messaging ringtone to something I want. When I turn off my phone at night to charge, and turn it back on in the morning the messaging ringtone has unchecked it?s self so I have no ringtone. I have to go back in and select the tone again. Everything works good again until I shut it off for the night.
If I just do a reboot the tone is still ok, the problem only occurs when shut down for awhile. Thanks in advance. CC
