s4 mini stuck in safemode

hope someone can help.

i have a s4 mini which is stuck on safemode. i have tryed everything to get it off but its not working . tryed hard reset ....well all the resets i can think off , but it still ends up in safemode .

anyone have any ideas to get it back to normal ????

Do you by any chance have an SD card in the phone? If so, perhaps it's causing problems.
