Spent the weekend in the mountains in an area with spotty service and no wifi access. Kept my S4 in my pocket, etc. Updates took a long time. About 1/2 through weekend the battery life just crashed - charging on regular charger takes forever, Battery life is just a few hours at most, phone gets really hot and the screen lock has quit working. I can manually lock it but the screen will not go dark on its own. All apps are up to date and I have rebooted several times. Even after charging to full power, the battery can drain to 50% after just an hour of minimal use.
