S4 screen went blank, got message System UI has stopped how can I fix this?

[AC Question]

S4 screen went blank, got message System UI has stopped"

And then & blank screen after removing the battery & restarting. I held down power, volume up & home screen & "Team Win recovery Project v2.6.3.1 " screen popped up.
wold love any help!!

Clear the cache, or you mod your device that is incompatible with your device.
