S4 slower than BlackBerry 9900?

Hi all,

I've just changed from a 9900 to an S4 and it seems much slower than the BB...anything I want to do seems to take forever to happen...a hardware or a software problem?
Any hints?

You might want to try a factory reset. Sometimes the phones get a bad install and can be quirky.
