S4 Voice issues new update

So last week woke up to an Update notification. Updated software everything seemed fine. But now notice my Voice network is not working. I have to restart or change Moble networks setting to get it to work again. Seems pretty Random. Also GPS seems to be having issues as well. I did make an Insurance claim in January so I am working with a Refurb.

Dont know if its the Update, the Refurb, or Sprints ****ty coverage. Is any one else experience this?
