S4 won't open some pages, black jigsaw page...help

Hi

Recently got the S4. When I try to open some sites/PDFs or download a PDF file, it just goes to a black page with a jigsaw piece and a sad face.

I've tried downloading adobe, Polaris and a flash player but none of them help.

Can anyone help?

The content could have been blocked. Can you share the file to another device and open it? Is it all PDF. What site?
