Hey. My S5 has recently had a problem where webpages on the Internet take 5x as long to load as the previously did, and Youtube takes ages to load up and get a video. I'm not sure what the problem is because a speedtest on my phone shows regular download speed (15mpbs) and upload (5), yet internet pages and youtube videos take a while to load up.

ive tried clearing the cache, freeing up ram space, booting my phone in safe mode, forgetting the wifi network but none of this is working. my pc loads webpages fine though. any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! Does that happen on other wi-fi networks, or mobile data?

Does your router have a QoS (Quality of Service) setting? If so, turn it off. QoS tries to prioritize certain connections for higher speeds, so if it happens to be prioritizing your phone very low, it might effectively throttle the phone's connection speed.
