S5 reboot loop - Details in post

Connected my S5 to charger and left the room, started hearing the Cricket Wireless theme a few minutes later, then again, then again. That was when I discovered I was caught in a reboot loop.

Phone model - Samsung-SM-G900AZ
Firmware version - G900AZTUU3BOG3
Carrier - Cricket Wireless

I've gone through most of the posts here regarding this and have at this point:
replace battery with spare (no change)
Recovery Mode - clear cache (no change)
Recovery mode - reset to factory, restore from Google backups (no change)
Recovery Mode - reset to factory, setup as new device (no change)
Disable Wifi - (no change)
Odin + reflash (no change)
Disable wifi (no change)
Disable wifi and LTE data - (no change)

I'm not really sure what to do at this point and am starting to wonder if this is a hardware issue, not software. This phone has never been rooted, and in fact is just under a month old (my previous, never had an issue with it S5 died a horrible death at 25mph from the hood of my car) so didn't even have all of the apps I normally use installed.

Anything else I should try at this point?

Sent to Samsung for a warranty repair. Everyone I've spoken with at the wireless store as well as at Samsung support are in agreement that I've pretty much covered all of the bases at this point.

For humor's sake, I'm attaching a picture of my previous S5 that died a horrible death at 25MPH -

In an otter case, but just the shell, not the belt clip portion (I think it would have survived had it been), Still worked, located with "find my phone" via google, zero'd in on location by watching the bluetooth meter in my car (phone was still on), once we found it and had it in the car, my girlfriend called me and I was able to answer via the bt in my car .. LOL
