S5 screen "tear" on icon?

I can't figure out what this is, the clock icon has a graphics type "tear". I noticed this on the calculator app icon, I restarted the phone and it went away on that icon and appeared on the clock now?

Is the calculator icon on a different part of the screen then the clock icon is? Can you see that "tear" when you switch to another screen, or is it just the icon itself? Have you tried restarting again?

Two things to try. First, wipe the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: Reset: Samsung Galaxy S 5 | T-Mobile Support

If that doesn't help, go to the App Manager, select TouchWiz Home, and Clear Cache/Clear Data. Be aware that this will reset your homescreens to the original default, so you'll have to set them back up again. But it may clear out any glitchy data.
