S5 weird behavior

Hi is something wrong with my phone lately all my app use a high % of my battery especially SOT as soon as I unplug it would shoot to 40-99% and stay there youtube chrome as well I did numerous factory resets still the same tried lollipop was normal there but not on kitkat
should I get an exchange.

GYou may try the old battery pull & cache clear from recovery to see if that helps. That's just a starting point. Can you post a pic of your battery stats after a couple hours use?

sorry i dont got impatient and when back to lolipop which is also a pain heat issues battery drain etc
