S6 Active screen flickering

Just recently my Screen blinks randomly , I uninstalled apps I recently downloaded and my software is current.

Have you tried a reboot? Does this happen in specific apps? This may be a hardware issue.

Yes tried reboot no luck and what I'm reading agrees with you it might be a hardware issue.
Do you think a master reset would work?

Highly unlikely. I would contact Samsung to see what they say.
