S6 Built-in Photo Editor

Is it just me or is there no "paint brush" option in the default photo editing on the Galaxy s6? The one feature I used the most to quickly underline or circle a word etc from a screenshot, seems to be missing entirely. Anyone else or an I just blind?

I am extremely frustrated with the same issue. It allows me to change contrast and tones etc. (Which I find completely useless) But I can't use my finger to draw on the picture. (Something I actually find useful) I'm hoping someone will be able enlighten us as to why they took away this feature.
