S6 edge camera icons upside down

[AC Question]

No matter what way the camera is held the camera icons remain in the same location. Screen rotation is on. It's not the end of the world but is annoying.

Same here. Tried reseting phone, re-launching camera and screen rotation lock. No joy!:-\

Same issue here. Hard reset - no luck. Worked fine on 4/12...today all inverted.

I did an update yesterday morning did you guys do that too? That could easily be the problem, just want somebody to confirm!

Same issue here. Icons are upside down and when i take a pic it saves upside down. Mine was fine at first too until i did the software update

I've had the same problem. Also the edge won't wake up and give RSS feeds.

have you tried doing any reset stuff? I am having this problem today.. I will try to see if it happens again after i reset to factory settings this phone. if not, i would probably bring it back to verizon.. I just got it last monday, this sucks! i hope it gets fixed and would not happen again

My Galaxy 6 edge just did this last night, now camera is upside down. Screen will not rotate on any app . All the pictures and videos taken are upside down. Very frustrating since I use this as my camera . Anybody found something that works?

i wasn't able to find a fix. I called samsung tech support and they too were not able to fix it after hours on the phone. I just brought mine at a verizon store and have it replaced. but right now this replacement unit is still doing the same thing!!!!!! it is annoying and frustrating at the same time! i guess i'll bring it back to verizon again and try to see what they can do about it again. i love the s6 edge except for this annoying problem..

I got my S6 8 days ago. On the 6th day my phone did that as well. I tried camera settings, phone settings, everything I could think of. Nothing worked. Sometimes the LED light flashes randomly, many times the touch screen won't register and when opening apps with histories (messaging or FB) an old one loads on the screen from months ago. So on day 7, I took it back to Verizon, they were baffled and said it was a DOA phone and switched it to another one. They tested it out in the store it worked. That night the camera did the same thing again. I am on my way back to the verizon store. I refuse to pay this much for a janky phone.

I am using the Galaxy Note 4. A couple days ago my camera flipped upside down. Not the icons, the camera, no matter what way I flipped my phone. I reset my phone and it has been just fine until today. My camera icons are flipped upside down now. But not just them. When I start up my phone, the quick call and camera drag buttons are upside down as well. I haven't noticed anything else, but after restarting and resetting stuff I have still not gotten any luck. I loved this phone and this is very frustrating. If it doesn't fix soon I will definetly not buy another android phone. I don't care what type. I never had any problems like this on my iPhone.
