S6 Edge+ factory reboot-lost all data

Has anyone had their S6 edge + do a factory reboot on it's own? I've lost all of my photos/videos and I don't back them up to the cloud. Is it possible to retrieve them? Any help is MUCH appreciated! Thank you!

Welcome to the forums!

You can not recover things like that you haven't backed up.

I would install Google Photo, it will auto backup unlimited photos and videos for free.
