Phone gets extremely hot and loses service constantly

Do yiu still have waranty? Go to samsung and ask for phone replacement. I guess it is unfixiable.

If you are within 14 day return period, take device back for a exchange.

If not, contact Samsung and open a warranty claim. Keep in mind claims will be denied if the phone shows proof of it being neglected. (Excessive external damage, water damage, cracks in screen) Also keep in mind, Samsung attempts to fix your device before issuing a refurbished one. This is normally a standard 2 week process.
