S6 Edge Plus - Screenshot, how can I get the shortcut to work?

S6 Edge Plus - Screenshot

Hi guys,
Recently bought the S6 Edge plus and love it.

I was able to screen shot using the swipe gesture, but now it doesnt seem to work.
It works pressing the power key and home, but not the gesture... I have checked the settings and all are enabled... Updated the phone, restarted etc no luck.

Any ideas why?

Also wanting to screen shot banking apps (useful to prove youve paid some one etc) But I know samsung dont allow this, is there some 3rd party app that we can use to screen shot anything on screen like the Iphone does?

It took me several tries to get it to take a screen shot. I still have problems and can't say 100% of the time it'll work. It seems you need to keep the pressure even when you gesture.

I have to agree that the screen sensitivity isn't all that great with this phone, a bit worst with a screen protector. I take a lot of screen shots, usually swipe from left to right with my right hand, but often it doesn't work and requires a lot of force to get it working. However, if I swipe from the right side to the left, it works a bit better, but just a bit awkward.
