s6 edge problems

I am getting a new s6 edge in the mail due to camera issues on rear and front plus my screen would increase brightness or decrease even with auto off, plus in the sunlight I noticed my screen with with a line going down all the way about 1/3rd of the end plus which appeared to be the outline of the modules which to me seemed to be like they packed everything in there to tight. Now I'm stuck with a certified like new device from att can anyone tell me if they had trouble with there like new devices from them and what are all the issues I should be looking out for when I get the replacement.

Hey I feel your pain. I bought an edge s6 thru att as well and I've had nothing but problems with my phone. I'm waiting on my third s6 to come via Fed Ex. I didn't have the brightness problems you mentioned, but I have had problems with overheating and horrible signal quality with the first two phones. The second replacement phone had the same problems, and then started acting sluggish. After about a few of weeks of owning the replacement phone, it finally crashed, no resets would power the phone back up, even when I took it in to the att store. They said to call and have them replace the phone a second time, so now I'm without a phone for another week. Nothing but problems...

Your thread title should say ATT S6 edge problems instead of generalizing since you're asking about problems on S6 edge devices from AT&T specifically. I have an S6 edge (not from AT&T) and I'm not experiencing any of the issues you have mentioned. Anyway, I hope the replacement is better.

I feel your pain too. I have had Samsung for years and love them. I got the new S6 Edge from Sprint and have had a case on it from day one, never dropped it, never mishandled it and in less than a month my camera lens is shattered. Nothing else is damaged anywhere but my $600 phone has a useless camera now and due to no fault of mine I am going to have to pay to get it fixed. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS NEW PHONE!
