Is anyone else having issues with the screen not registering keys being pressed or touches seeming to occasionally not register I'm general? I have replaced my phone twice through verizon for having issues with the rotation being randomly forced after a reboot and now I'm noticing its difficult to get my keyboard to react properly when I press a key. Sometimes it acts like I pressed too lightly.. But I notice it's not registering my finger pressing the screen when I go to swipe my launcher to it's next desktop/slide... Please tell me people are paying as close attention as I am. This is an expensive friggen phone and I feel isn't working properly for it's price...

P.s. my s5 was flawless compared to this s6 and I'm starting to wonder if the s6 is seriously falling short as I look further.

Can't say I've noticed any major issues with the touch registry. Works a bit better than my old HTC M8 when typing.

Verizon too.

Well I talked to Samsung and I can't wait to tell them when they call me back in 10 minutes that it's skype lol. It was the first app I had suspected after talking to them and immediately noticed the issue was a conflicting app after entering safe mode or being in a regular cell phone call. The call takes full priority evidently and the touch controller too I believe, relieving the issue temporarily.. I've uninstalled skype and sure enough the entire phone is responding as it should now. It's funny that skype is also is pre-installed on the s6 now with Microsoft's hand in the game..

Hi calvin u have the Same problem same issue its totally Random when typing its totally Random sometimes the Keys went register and I dont know why. Sometimes its more frequent and Sometimes it dissappear. Its freaking pissing me off as I want to know if it is hardwsre related or not. I have performed factory reset and After a time the problem appears again. I do the touch test and all the screen paints without problem so it shouldnt be a faulty screen. Help!!!

I did what you said I disabled the Skype and it seems to have fixed the problem but it doesnt make sense. I didn't even had the program running or configured!!!

If anything mine is too sensitive. I've read of others having this issue and some are software issues, but others hardware. I have Skype on my Edge (ATT).

I still have the same problem and now its more frequent... I have disabled Skype and the problem still persists.... ITS TOTALY RANDOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!...... the strange thing is that I did the Factory test and all the scrreen paints without problem when doing the touch test.... does that mean its not hardware related then???

Same problem here. Its almost impossible to type a fast conversation. Is Skips keys, gets stuck, lags.. but the most annoyung thing is that you press some keys (random) and the phone doesnt even recognize that you press them... ive deactivated the Skype, but it seems to keep on going.

Same problem. Sometimes I have to touch letters 5-6 times for them to register properly, and this makes texting almost impossible. Anyone have any leads on this?

Another problem for me is that it happens intermittently, so I can't guarantee that when I go to T-Mobile in person I can demonstrate the problem effectively.

HATE THIS.

Same issues here, heard an update will be released from Samsung in April (2016), but even who knows if that will even fix the issue. With out luck the phones will work properly when showing tech support the problem we face haha.
