I have a toyota auris 15 plate and when i plug usb in it says connecting to mirror link but it just stays on that screen? Any reason how to get the mirrorlink to work

It's been my experience that it is a catch-22 between a dealer, the car manufacturer and your phone's customer service. I'd start with Toyota corporate customer service. Good luck.

Try rebooting your phone. I sometimes need to reboot my Samsung stuff when mirroring with my amazon stick. Might be similar issue.

Basic question, but do you have screen mirroring turned on in settings?

Your carrier tech support might be able to help.

What is the version of mirrorlink on your phone?. I had to change mines and also get a launcher then i download rock scout and button savior. I can surf the web and also watch my slingbox.
