Hi,

My Samsung Galaxy S6 is new and I am using a root wifi tether. It gets extremely hot (attached picture with CPU-Z with temperatures). Is this typical? Is this dangerous?

What should I try? Factory reset/turn in phone, or are there other things I should try? Or should I just deal with it.

Any phone that gets hot enough that you can't hold it is dangerous.
Any device will get hot after hard use, especially tethering.

I wouldn't say 34 is extremely hot. When it gets in the 40s that's when you need to start worrying.
