S6 update problems

[AC Question]

I updated my S6, after the update there was a "remote...." I can't remember what else was on the ion and a protective shield appeared on the screen, letting my see the screen, but I can't even swipe to unlock the screen, it won't even let me power off the phone. What can i do?

Hold the power button until the screen turns black. Then restart. Hope it helped.

I think it's the peel remote app. I disabled it in applications. When it did happen to me I find that turning the phone to landscape would bring it back to normal
