s6edge automatically converting voicemail to text...

Having issues with trying to find the correct settings to change my voicemail. I adjusted a lot of setting because I was having issues with samsung s6 edge automatically locking when trying to use external bluetooth device in my car (Jabra device/no actual bluetooth available in my car) and since then all my voicemail messages are converting automatically to text message. How do I change my setting back so I actually access Rogers voicemail again???So frustrated...even compared the setting with spouse's samsung s6 phone and could not figure out why my edge is doing this.

EDIT: Oops, sorry--I missed at first that you mentioned Rogers. Do you have the Visual Voicemail Plus app installed? If so, open that app and look see if you can turn it off there.
