S7 active caller ID issue

Seriously this is driving me nuts and nobody can fix it. Inbound calls to me display the caller ID just fine. All calls from my phone show up as just +1. I've done everything I can with the caller settings, even contacted att and after 2 hrs they told me to take it to the store, still nobody can figure out. It sucks because I can't call any of my bills, they have these type of calls blocked
