Hello! My S7, my storage is well, about full. I have a 16g SD card it's showing 13.66/14.83g & Encrypted. (I've had people try & swipe my phone to get info off it, so I encrypted.) Internal is 22.86/32g. & Google Drive cloud is showing 13.56/15g. I'v for the most part tried to save everything to Drive.. I have several apps & alot of music on my SD.. as for internal I'm not really sure.. I keep my cache clean, although I do show all photo apps; gallery, Google photos & Google drive. I've never figured out how to use just 1. Seems like different places access different ones?! I do have alot of photos too. I'v been haveing some issues with my phone with other things & the tech guy said to DECRYPT my SDcard well I can't because that was on the last device. I'm not sure what to do here, any suggestions? I figured I could send apps back to internal then maybe wipe out the card & start over w it?? But I'm about FULL, how do I send 13g back to phone when there's -9g left?? Can I send to my pc then redownload? I'm not sure.. Please help?? Thank you for everything!!
