My 2017 suburban stopped recognizing my att s7 as a valid device for Android auto two days ago. Since that time I have reset my phone and tried multiple cords, but nothing is getting it to connect. My wife's iPhone connects without problem, and my phone connects to her 2018 Accord with Android auto just fine. Any ideas?
I got it to work by removing my device from the Android auto connected devices list and then adding it back. For whatever reason, it would not recognize it as a device that needed setup or the previously setup device until it was removed from the list. Once removed from the list, it allowed me to add the the device again. Btw, the Bluetooth pairing is completely separate and didn't change the Android auto situation.
