S7 App notifications aren't working

[Android Central Question]

I've noticed over the past few months my app notifications have disappeared. Mainly for Kik, Instagram, FB and Twitch.
I've checked that they are on in the settings. I've restarted, Uninstalled, reinstalled, and still nothing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Is this only when the phone is asleep, or also when you're actively using it?
