I am getting a touch over 5 hours SOT. I'm satisfied with that. My usage today has been browsing the web, playing music, mobile hot spot for about an hour, a little Boom Beach, and about 40 pictures with the camera. I also used Facebook Messenger for about an hour, and a few other apps for a short period of time.

My carrier is AT&T, as to the processor, I can't say for sure. Is there a way to tell? I know some of these are made in different places, mine was made in Korea.
I get around 3.5 with brightness at around 90%

If Android System is showing first in battery usage then it is Snapdragon, if screen first it is exynos. Got that info from xda. 5 hours of sot with at&t is good actually.

That is patently untrue. My tmobile Snapdragon 820 phone has been remarkable ever since that tmobile bug fix update last week.

Hmm you are right.. No I have to really think if I should jump to s7 and sell my edge.

Are you on T-Mobile? I know that the April update had battery life as one of the improvements. Before the update, Android System was always the main culprit (like you originally said). I'm just wondering whether an S7 Edge update came out as well for T-Mobile.
