S7 - black and white screen and some options in setting missing (i.e. accessibility)

Hi everyone! help please.. my s7's screen turned into black and white after connecting to wifi.

I saw in some threads that it might just be accessibility settings (grayscale vision). But when I was about to try it, there were some options missing in the setting like accessibility. And when I slide down from the top, the shortcuts/buttons were also missing.

You could be in ultra power saving mode. Try looking for that.

the only option left in setting: wifi, bluetooth, flight mode, mobile networks, location, sounds and vibration, brightness.

others are missing.
