S7 Black screen. any new ideas?

hello. left my s7 edge charging on a wireless fast charger. woke up with the alarm, but nothing showing on the screen. tried the volume down and power button..... nothing.... phone is charging and it is turning on and off. touch also still works.... ive plugged in a pc and ive been taking screenshots and looking at the picture and trying to change settings or uninstall apps, but nothing. let the battery die also did not work. any idea?

Welcome to Android Central! The screen has probably failed. Is it still under warranty? If so, contact Samsung. Otherwise, bring it to a local repair shop to replace the screen.

thank you! ive bought the phone unlocked from amazon, the problem happened in 33 days after purchase, contacted the seller and he said theres no warranty on unlocked phones....... can the screen fail and the touch keep working tough?

booted into safemode, still nothing... ??????

$300 new screen at amazon... I guess I wont be getting samsung again.... wasted $600 on this phone. cant believe samsung doesnt give warranty for their international versions....
