S7 changes to default notifications

Anyone else have issues with the S7 changing your ringtones back to default notifications? I've set different tones for Gmail, texts, and individual people in my contacts but it keeps defaulting to the default notifications. Its frustrating!


Edit: I have made sure that my tones are on the device storage and it still changes

I may have found a solution after tons of research. I followed the directions in the following link and so far so good.
