S7 charger port scratches - return or keep?

Might be the OCD kicking in, but I've noticed two long scratches inside the charging port, at the bottom side. Anyone else also have it on their phone? I concluded it must've been the two thingys on the USB connector, but I'm uncertain and worried. Would greatly appreciate if someone could confirm this. I still have the phone under warranty, so I can return it

If your phone is under warranty I'd return it. It would be a pitty if this issue turned out to be something serious after a while and maybe by then your phone won't be under warranty no more

That's the thing tho, my gut feeling tell me it's not a serious issue. If I do end up returning it I'd have to make it through without 1-2 weeks of having a phone, which could be a bit tricky since University starts again tomorrow

Unfortunately this is the best I can do at the moment with this camera

Look at the plug for the charging port and you'll have your answer. Don't sweat this....go to school.

Then I guess it's an issue for all S7 users then, since there are two pointy thingys on the USB connector.

I suspect the first time someone plugs it in, the prongs on the connector creates the lines.

I have same thing on my s7. Thats normal.
