I upgraded from the S4, and one of my favorite features was the ability to put the phone to my head to call someone. I utilized this almost exclusively from the recent texts of that contact.
When I started using my S7, it never calls my contact if I put the phone to my ear while in message+, but it will if I am in the contact detail or call log. The description for Direct Call says, "Call the contact whose call log, message, or contact details are currently on the screen when the phone is brought to your ear."
Does anyone know how to fix this?
