S7 edge call receiving and sound issues, can I get some help?

S7 edge call receiving and sound issues

My s7 edge has stopped letting me see who's calling or answer the call but the phone still rings and when it stops ringing a missed call popps up. Can anyone help? It has also stopped being clear when I make a call and everyone sounds robotic.

Get it changed, I'm sure it's still under warranty right

Try turning it off and on if you haven't. That can fix a lot of things.

Contacted the shop and it's being replaced as soon as it's back in stock.

Man, there are always a bunch of faulty devices at the beginning of a launch.
