s7 edge fog on camera and camera failed error

Giys please help me i washed my s7 edge in the wash basin (washed more than 8 times) because it frll in mud after washing 1 hour passed then i noticed a fog on my front cam (selfie) then i jept my phone in rice more than 38 hours after that everything was clear it works fine but camera says failed after little time it works back again why is that it happens regularly why? please need help! (sorry for bad english)
