My Samsung S7 Edge started this problem 1 week before, its dual sim, i swapped the sims in slots , cleared cache, cleared cookies, scanned with antivirus, no such malware found . no power saving profile ON, WIFI works fine uninterrupted.
Reinstalled GPRS settings, talked to network provider, they checked everything on their end.
