S7 Edge -Output Volume very low?

I find my external speaker to be fine but when I hook up to my Blue Tooth speakers the is an decrease in volume even at full volume on both the phone and the speaker. Had a S3 before this phone and it was very loud

I am noticing the same. Even with the supplied headphones I have to be at 3/4s volume for basic sound levels.
