S7 Edge (Sprint) Issue

Ever since the Nougat update, my phone loses track of time. Meaning that the time would fall an hour or more behind. Even my Gear S3 Frontier when connected via bluetooth shows the wrong time. My phone is not rooted by the way and have no plans to do so.

Here are the steps, I've done so far:
1. Restarted phone in recovery mode and cleared cache and did a reboot (didn't work).
2. Did a full wipe and factory reset (nope, nada, same result) although it would be fine for a couple of days before reverting back to this.

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

Hi johnshaft,

Give these steps a try:

1. Go to Date and time settings and ensure you have Automatic date and time selected
2. Go to Settings and select the search icon.
3. Search for Mobile networks.
4. Select Network Mode
5. Select CDMA / LTE

You may need to restart the device for the changes to take.

Thank you for reminding me of that. I believe that this setting change under mobile networks will work.
