I'm wondering when people are going to finally try going to verizonwireless.com/phone and realize it leads to nothing and that it was just bad wording and meant Verizonwireless.com OR Phone.

Ok to clarify everything since I just got off the phone with Verzion, I was wrong. The date they are shipping it is the 11th. And apparently they had no clue about the 1858 thing so I went off on them about that. But just to have some clarity myself if I got the standard two days shipping and the 11th is a friday would I get the phone on the 16th or the 15th?

I've seen 3 videos of the Verizon S7 edge and one on Craigslist on a different post. So I'm pretty sure some people have gotten it. Maybe insiders and employees. My concern is that if all the insiders get their phones early and use up a good quantity of the freebies it'll be unfair to regular consumers. They shouldn't have opened the promotion page for Verizon until they had started shipping.

As had been said before. Only Verizon has the option of the s2. Don't worry if you want that you will get it. No Verizon customers have their pre orders yet.

There has been evidence of some orders processed and delivered from VZW already although few.... as Joe has repeatedly stated only VZW is offering the GEAR S2 while other carriers have other freebies to offer with the VR.......... although Joe stated the system shows the S2 is a 3G..

I was told by CS that it is the BT version.... but I was also told in previous call that the Gear S2 were shipping with the S7 as well.....lol (which is incorrect) so take the BT comment as you wish

Not to clear about this. To get the Gear S2 watch from Verizon did you have to purchase the phone on device payment plan?
If you paid full retail will you still be able to get the watch? :-\

Says you have to purchase it using a payment plan. You can pay the phone off when you want, so I'll just pay off the device after I get my watch.

Ignore what CS tells you when it comes to pre-orders. I've gotten incorrect information from them in the past and it's sad to see how unfamiliar they are when it comes to pre-orders. If you navigate to the phone on VZ's own site, it says "Deliver by 3/11" for the black and gold. I've ALWAYS got my phone on the day of launch, or even a day or two early, when it comes to a pre-order.
