So I like to go into the Samsung Health app, and check my heart rate, or stress levels, etc. The heart rate monitor on the back of the phone has stopped working - I think since I recently wiped the phone (to fix some performance issues).
Basically, it'll flatline when I am trying to measure. There are no error messages, it just shows a flatline, with some minor "bumps" in it - certainly not a heart rate. After a bit, it will show the screen that shows me how to place my finger.
If I reboot, and then do it again right away, it will work. After awhile, it will break again, and I'll have to reboot to be able to take another measurement.
This has happened since I wiped the phone, so it's probably not comflicting software, or anything. I do have a Samsung Gear s3 connected to it.
Thanks!
