S7 Nougat Maximum Saving Power Mode Mess Up

Everytime I put my phone out of maximum power saving mode it takes out all the order of my home screen apps. Is there a fix to this? I am running Google Launcher too. Please help and thank you.

Safe mode does the same. No way around it. Drives me nuts.
