S7 or S7 Edge?

I recently went into T-Mobile and left the edge because of the edge. I would always bump it and open un wanted apps. I'm wondering if the same will happen on the S7, also is the battery that much worse?

Consider, how would it even happen on the normal S7 with no edge screen.
