I have a brand new S7, and the screenshot feature has stopped working. It worked for the first two weeks and now has stopped. I have the Palm Swipe button turned ON in Settings > Advanced Features. It is also not working using the home+power buttons. I have already powered my phone on and off and toggled the palm swipe button on and off.
This is my second S7 so I am very familiar with using this feature for years already.
Could it be a third party app interfering with it? And if so which type of app is it likely?
