S7 slow to wake up

In the last couple days, my phone has started to be slow to wake up when I try to turn the screen on.

I've searched online for some possible fixes but all the answers have to do with the microSD card, but I don't have one. I haven't had a microSD card since I got my phone.

Any other possible solutions?

do you have any apps like greenify running? did you go into developer options and check running processes? what does your battery stats say? have you installed any apps right before it started? have you tried safe mode?
